Other equipment such as LCD projector, wireless microphones and technical support are available at an additional cost. The Hogan Conference Center has 17 meeting and function rooms that can accommodate 12-100 guests as well as a ballroom for 400. The Conference Center also has a variety of flexible break out rooms and a computer lab.

The City of Wichita Falls will donate the land and waive building permit fees for the construction of this facility, while O’Reilly Hospitality Management is privately financing the majority of the project through a $2 million loan using 4B sales tax dollars.
